Shawn Bell, General Manager

Shawn started with Texas Ace Heating & Air in August 2014, bringing with him an already well-known list of accomplishments within the HVAC industry. Initially hired to help grow existing builder relationships and develop new business opportunities within the residential sector, Shawn quickly proved he was the perfect person for the job and has become a residential home design expert. Shawn established and grew his department by refining his sales staff and creating a loyal customer base that has resulted in a hugely successful network of referrals. When you are referred to Shawn, you will be taken care of! Shawn is perennially ranked in the top comfort advisors in the nation with Lennox.

Quick to squash any talk about himself, he turns the conversation back toward his team. Over the last few years, Shawn has created a department stacked in talent and experience, and strives to provide expert installation for every homeowner.

Tony Shepherd, HVAC Service Manager

Tony joined Texas Ace Service in 2025 as a HVAC Service Manager, bringing more than two decades of industry experience to the team. His HVAC journey began in 2001 as a summertime job, where he quickly discovered a passion for helping people and repairing equipment. Driven to deepen his knowledge, Tony earned an associate degree in Residential Air Conditioning in 2002, laying the foundation for a long and successful career in the field.

Throughout his professional journey, Tony has remained committed not only to technical excellence but also to the growth of others. He looks forward to developing and training the next generation of technicians, helping them grow into confident leaders and true experts in their craft.

Outside of work, Tony enjoys reading, watching movies, and challenging himself through obstacle course racing. His blend of experience, dedication, and enthusiasm makes him a valuable asset to the Texas Ace Service team.

Bruce Pflueger, Commercial Service Manager

Bruce joined Texas Ace Heating & Air in February 2013, bringing more than 45 years of commercial and industrial HVAC experience to our team. He began his career in 1980 as an apprentice, learning directly from seasoned journeyman technicians while working on large commercial chillers ranging from 200 to 6,500 tons.

Over the years, Bruce has worked with major controls and equipment manufacturers, gaining extensive knowledge across a wide range of commercial systems. His expertise allows him to help business owners and facility managers plan HVAC solutions that meet both current demands and future goals.

As the leader of Texas Ace Service - Heating & Air's Commercial Service Department, Bruce plays a key role in supporting our clients and driving continued growth. His commitment to quality service and long-term partnerships helps us deliver reliable, efficient HVAC solutions for businesses across the region.

Kyle Doering, Service Manager

Kyle Doering is a seasoned HVAC professional with over 20 years of industry experience. A resident of Arlington, Texas, Kyle lives with his wife, Brittany, and their three children. Kyle began his career installing ductwork on commercial buildings before attending trade school to deepen his knowledge of HVAC service and repair. Upon graduation, he immediately hit the field, handling service calls, sales appointments, and complete system replacements.

Over the years, Kyle advanced from technician to field supervisor, eventually taking on a service manager role at a startup HVAC company. He enjoys the challenge of building service departments from the ground up, focusing on creating clear processes and structure while fostering a strong team culture. His approach always places customer service as the top priority. Since February 2018, Kyle has been a key part of Texas Ace, where he currently oversees the company's daily operations.

Priscilla Vaughan, Customer Service Manager

Priscilla joined Texas Ace Service in 2025 with over 15 years in Customer service experience and 8 years in the HVAC/plumbing industry. A resident of Midlothian herself you can guarantee she will take care of you like family. With a passion for customer success and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, she is the perfect fit for this role. Priscilla is committed to creating a customer-centric culture where everyone is empowered to go above and beyond for our customers by implementing customer service strategies, coaching and mentoring her team. She is determined to build and maintain strong relationships, acting as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and issues ensuring that all customers have a positive experience with Texas Ace.

As a mother of 3 boys, she knows all about discipline, accountability and responsibility which she implements into her home as well as her team at Texas Ace. When she is not in the office taking care of our wonderful customers, you can find her in the stands decked out in her sports attire cheering on her boys in football and soccer. She also enjoys road trips, fishing and shopping at all the different boutiques.

Erick Sandoval, Installation Manager

Erick is a seasoned HVAC Installation Manager with over 30 years of experience and a reputation for running a tight ship. He brings intensity and focus to every business day, driven by a personal commitment to ensure customer expectations are not only met—but exceeded.

With deep technical expertise and sharp attention to detail, Erick leads his team to deliver accurate, efficient, and safe installations on every job. His leadership style fosters a culture of discipline, accountability, and professionalism. Erick takes pride in mentoring installers and streamlining processes without compromising quality. Whether the job is large-scale or a small warranty issue, Erick’s treats them all with urgency.
