Bruce joined Texas Ace Heating & Air in February 2013, bringing more than 45 years of commercial and industrial HVAC experience to our team. He began his career in 1980 as an apprentice, learning directly from seasoned journeyman technicians while working on large commercial chillers ranging from 200 to 6,500 tons.
Over the years, Bruce has worked with major controls and equipment manufacturers, gaining extensive knowledge across a wide range of commercial systems. His expertise allows him to help business owners and facility managers plan HVAC solutions that meet both current demands and future goals.
As the leader of Texas Ace Service - Heating & Air's Commercial Service Department, Bruce plays a key role in supporting our clients and driving continued growth. His commitment to quality service and long-term partnerships helps us deliver reliable, efficient HVAC solutions for businesses across the region.

Ian Romans, Commercial HVAC Sales Executive
Ian joined Texas Ace Service as a Commercial Account Executive in 2025 with a decade of experience in the HVAC industry. He started in the field as a technician, working hands-on with equipment every day, and grew into leadership and sales roles through hard work, problem-solving, and a commitment to doing right by customers. Because of that background, Ian brings a unique blend of technical knowledge and real-world understanding to every project he handles.
Throughout his career, Ian has been known for his communication, honesty, and ability to make complex HVAC decisions simple for business owners. His goal is to build long-term partnerships by being dependable, transparent, and fully invested in every customer’s comfort and operational needs.
Outside of work, Ian is a dedicated father, a fitness enthusiast, enjoys the outdoors and riding his dirtbike, and someone who’s always looking for ways to grow personally and professionally. He values family, faith, discipline, and helping others level up in their own lives. Whether he’s in the gym, spending time with his kids, or working on creative side projects, Ian brings the same passion and drive that he brings to his career.

Ryan Brown, Commercial HVAC Service Supervisor
With five years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry, Ryan has built a career grounded in technical expertise, strong leadership, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Growing up with family in the HVAC industry, he developed an early understanding of the trade, which helped shape his passion and practical approach to the work. Beginning as a service technician, he quickly distinguished himself through his problem-solving skills, clear communication, and dedication to quality work. His drive and reliability earned him advancement to his current role as Service Supervisor, where he leads teams, oversees complex projects, and ensures exceptional service standards.
Beyond his professional achievements, Ryan has been married for six years and enjoys life at home with his wife and daughter. He brings the same values of integrity, teamwork, and care to his work that he practices in his personal life. With a blend of knowledge, skill, and customer-focused service, Ryan continues to contribute meaningfully to both his team and the clients he serves.

Shawn started with Texas Ace Heating & Air in August 2014, bringing with him an already well-known list of accomplishments within the HVAC industry. Initially hired to help grow existing builder relationships and develop new business opportunities within the residential sector, Shawn quickly proved he was the perfect person for the job. Shawn established and grew his department by refining partnerships and creating a loyal customer base that resulted in a hugely successful network of referrals. To date, Shawn is ranked as the #3 comfort advisor in the nation with Lennox.
Quick to squash any talk about himself, he turns the conversation back toward his team. Over the last few years, Shawn has created a department stacked in talent and experience. He hired a residential change out manager, Phill Seward; a residential service manager, Kyle Doering, and a top-talent sales executive, Rick Brown.
