They only put ‘bandaids’ on it or made excuses for the way it was functioning l. I explained all that to Tanner and he went into a complete and thorough troubleshooting. He went above and beyond. The company I had out a few months ago charged me $100 or $150 to clean the outside unit; he cleaned it again while he was here. He checked inside and outside, showed me the parts that were broken and the full explanation. I am so glad he was the one on call today.
